We're on a mission to transform the chronic disease and loneliness epidemic that affects almost half of all American adults. We're creating communities that make healthy living fun, easy, and accessible. Imagine attending a dinner party that nourishes you, body and soul. You'll dance, do yoga, meditate, and share in an intimate dinner with new friends that support your health goals.
3. Healthy Happy Hours
You don't have to drink alcohol to relax and have fun. Our healthy happy hours give you a chance to unwind and connect with delicious mocktails, teas, and, appetizers.
4. Speaker Series
Meet health professionals (doctors, naturopaths, etc.) and gain thoughtful insights around your health.
After each event, you continue these connections and develop real friendships. We're creating a community to support you, guide you, and have fun with you as you become your healthiest self.
How We Work
Share Table partners with doctors, wellness professionals, health coaches, nutritionists, exercise instructors, and health organizations to build a community around your health. We work with your existing care team to help you manage, track, and improve your health. When you sign up, you not only get a health coach but you also get connected with a community of people who will support you. For $50 a week or $150 a month you get access to weekly dinner parties that combine exercise, nutrition, meditation, and peer support. If your insurance supports Share Table, your sessions may even be free! If you can't afford our rates, please sign up to volunteer and get free access to our events and health management platform!

Make exercise fun
Each week, your host will lead you on a 30 minute group exercise session that includes a combination of yoga, cardio, and pilates. Following your workout, you'll learn the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation, proven to relieve stress and promote sleep. The Share Table app then connects you with your fellow dinner party guests to give you accountability buddies that support your fitness goals.

We'll teach you how to prepare healthy meals that fit in with your daily schedule and support you with a weekly dinner.
